    Hermann Plank is the President and Owner at TecnoKal, a marketing and technology consulting firm in Scottsdale, AZ. He specializes in developing and marketing manufacturing technologies in plastics for medical devices, automotive, consumer products and sustainable packaging solutions from renewable resources. Mr. Plank is an expert witness for THE luxury automotive manufacturer and provides expertise on medical devises for a Big 5 Pharma Company. He is also considered one of the leading experts in plastics manufacturing.

    Mr. Plank is in the top 5% of performers (GLG Leader) for 10 consecutive years in the Gerson Lehrman Group Council, providing consulting services to the investment community on Wall Street. He holds a master’s degree in Plastics Technologies from University Leoben, Austria, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in addition to speaking three languages - English, German and Italian. Currently he is busy with developing an extremely disruptive technology and enjoys the occasional cigar with a nice glass of red wine!

    Philip Kampmann, Denmark

    Philip Kampmann is the Director of Business Development at Softworld, a major supplier of certified Adobe and Apple training in Scandinavia. Prior to his present employment, Philip acquired extensive knowledge within branding, identification, labeling, RFID/IoT, trims and the plastic fastener business. Philip has held sales management positions at both Avery Dennison, Checkpoint Systems and Paxar. Most recently as the Global Account Director at Avery Dennison, he built business relationships with major Scandinavian fashion brands, including H&M.

    Over the years, Philip created lasting sales relationships globally and has led multi-national sales teams. He holds a commercial bachelor’s degree from CBS, lives in Copenhagen and speaks 3 languages apart from his native Danish - English, German and Swedish.

    Thomas Kock, Denmark

    Thomas Kock is the CEO & Partner in Pet Food Nord ApS (www.petfoodnord.dk), a quickly growing e-tailer with regional expansion plans. The company is a Danish-based online pet food business focusing on high-end products for quality-conscious and service-aware dog and cat owners. Thomas is also the President and Owner of Organic Growth Consulting.

    Organic Growth Consulting is a consultancy that assists small and medium-sized companies with management (interim), new business development, conceptualization and market analysis. Thomas has proven experience within the IT and mobile industries and has had a long career in leading companies and organizations in online services, loyalty programs, IT and telecom industries across Europe and beyond. Before entering his commercial career, he has also spent several years in the Danish Military, which included time stationed abroad. Thomas holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Law from Aalborg University in Denmark. He is fluent in several languages.
